Setting a Static IP Address for your Apple TV

If you are connecting directly to a camera via network cable you need to set a static IP Address. 


  1. From the Apple TV main screen select the Settings App.  

  1. Select Network. 

  1. Select Ethernet. If it doesn’t say Ethernetthen it’s not recognizing your cable is plugged in. Make sure your cable is plugged in and your camera has power. Then restart your Apple TV and repeat. 

  1. Select Configure IP and select Manualand enter the IP information to complete the settings. 

                a. If you are using one of our pre-configured cameras, then you need to set your Apple TV IP Address to the following: 

                        i. IP Address 10.10.10.46  

                        ii. Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0  

                        iii. Router 10.10.10.1 

                        iv. DNS 8.8.8.8
